Shaandaar Events ("Shaandaar Events" or "we") is a leading wedding planning company with operations spanning across India and the globe.
By engaging and using the services at Shaandaar Events Services, whether as a "Visitor" or a "User," individuals agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement outlines the legal terms governing the engagement and use of Shaandaar Events Services and should be read carefully. The users shall adhere to the following terms and conditions in addition to any and all agreements that the user may have entered into with Shaandaar Events.
Shaandaar Events reserves the right to periodically modify this Agreement. Users are bound by any changes to this Agreement through their continued utilization of Shaandaar Events Services. The users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed
about any modifications. Users acknowledge that they will not receive individual notifications for any or all such modifications.
Users, collectively referred to as "the Party," represent and warrant that they possess the right,
authority, and capacity to enter into and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Party hereby agrees to comply with all pertinent domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations governing their engagement and utilization of Shaandaar Events Services.
Shaandaar Events expressly prohibits Users from engaging in the posting, modification, distribution, or reproduction of material, trademarks, or any proprietary information associated with Shaandaar Events, its vendors, or third parties, without obtaining prior written consent from the rightful owner of such intellectual property.
The Company maintains a rigorous stance on copyright infringement, and should a user persistently violate these policies, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including the termination of the user's access. To report instances of copyright infringement
or raise related concerns, Users are encouraged to furnish substantiated proof, enabling the Company to take prompt corrective stage.
Shaandaar Events maintains strict control over the integrity of content presented upon its platform. Users are expressly prohibited from editing, modifying, or adding any type of content directly on the website. The platform ensures that content remains secure and unaltered, underscoring the commitment to maintaining the accuracy and quality of information displayed. Users are encouraged to engage with the platform within the defined usage parameters and refrain from any and all unauthorized content manipulation.
Use of the Shaandaar Events Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, located at (link) and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference
In no event shall Shaandaar Events or any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of Shaandaar Events be liable to users or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from the use of Shaandaar Events services, even if Shaandaar Events has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Shaandaar Events’ liability to users for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by users to Shaandaar Events for the Shaandaar Events services during the term of their use. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. Users specifically acknowledges that Shaandaar Events and others shall not be liable for user content or for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with users.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, Shaandaar Events and the user agree to resolve the dispute amicably through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This process includes negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. The parties commit to engaging in good faith efforts to amicably resolve any disputes before pursuing formal legal action. Should formal legal action be necessary, any disputes arising in connection with Shaandaar Events Services shall be governed by the laws of The Republic of India, and users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of India for the resolution of such disputes. This combined provision is intended to facilitate a fair and efficient resolution process in accordance with the laws of The Republic of India.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Shaandaar Events, its affiliates, and related parties, including officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of Shaandaar Events Services. This indemnification includes but is not limited to, legal fees and expenses incurred by Shaandaar Events in defending against such claims. Users acknowledge and accept this obligation to indemnify as a condition of using Shaandaar Events Services.
The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Shaandaar Events reserves the right to enforce any provision of this Agreement at its discretion. Users acknowledge the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, irrespective of the invalidity of any specific Provision.
Any claim arising from the use of Shaandaar Events Services must be filed within three (3) months but no later than six(6) months after the claim arises. Users acknowledge and agree that failure to file a claim within the specified period shall result in a waiver of such claim, and Shaandaar Events shall not be liable for any claims not filed within the stipulated timeframe. This provision is a material condition of using Shaandaar Events Services, and Users expressly agree to adhere to this limitation.

Users acknowledge and agree that communication through the specified contact email address is the official channel for addressing concerns related to these Terms and Conditions. Shaandaar Events is committed to addressing such communications in a timely and efficient manner.
