Its work spans destinations including Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Goa, Mussoorie and other Indian wedding locations, as well as international destinations such as Dubai, Tuscany, Bali, the Maldives and Thailand. The team works with couples to plan the venue, design, guest experience, hospitality, logistics and wedding-day execution according to the destination and celebration requirements.

Shaandaar Events takes on a maximum of around 20-25 weddings each year. We intentionally keep our calendar limited so that our team can remain closely involved with every couple and give each wedding the time, attention and personalisation it deserves. From the initial planning conversations and creative direction to vendor coordination, guest experience and on-ground execution, we stay closely connected throughout the journey. For us, taking on fewer weddings means being able to focus more deeply on the couples we work with and create celebrations that genuinely feel personal to them.
